2. How do I list my car for rental? Once you have created an account, navigate to the "List Your Car" section. Provide the necessary information about your vehicle, including make, model, year, and photos. Set your availability and rental price, and submit your listing for approval.


3. How do I book a car? Browse available cars by entering your location and rental dates in the search bar. Once you find a suitable car, click "Book Now" and follow the prompts to complete your booking.


4. What payment methods are accepted? We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway.


5. How do I contact the car owner or renter? You can contact the car owner or renter through the messaging system on our platform. Simply go to your booking details and click on the message icon to start a conversation.


6. What if I need to cancel my booking? To cancel a booking, go to your booking details and select "Cancel Booking." Please review our cancellation policy for information on refunds and charges.


7. What happens if there is damage to the car? If there is damage to the car during your rental period, please report it immediately through the platform. Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue.


8. How do I get support if I encounter an issue? If you encounter any issues, you can reach our customer support team by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of this page.

How to Manage Your Bookings:


  1. Go to your account dashboard.
  2. Select "My Bookings" to view your current and past bookings.
  3. Click on a booking to see details, contact the other party, or make changes.
  4. Use the "Cancel Booking" option if you need to cancel.
